This is a WONDERFUL clinic! I use to hate going to the dentist, wouldn’t go for years due to a bad experience at another dentist clinic. Then I found this clinic a couple years ago.This is a small clinic, they not just care about you as a patient but treat you as family. I most recently was going thru some other medical issues and I received a card in the mail with a little get well note from everyone. It meant a lot to me to receive that in the mail. They greet me by name when I come in. I have never really had to wait more than 5 minutes. If I did they would send someone out to give me update on how much longer the wait would be. Everyone in the clinic has smiles and is sociable, even the doctors. Very relaxed environment. My teeth went from a complete mess to feeling and looking good! And the heated toilet seat in the bathroom is great on a cold winter day 😂. I love this clinic!

I’ve brought my daughters to the office and they’re always well taken care of. Dr.Umphlett is very gentle and patient with them, Laura at the front office is always smiling when we walk in. Susana and Monica are always very detailed when it comes to explaining treatment fees. I’ve met the office manager Amanda, and she’s amazing! I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a place to call home.

I broke a crown off in the front of my mouth. Went to North End Dental to see about getting it fixed. I also had other teeth missing making it hard to eat. It also made me uncomfortable meeting people. They got me in same day I walked in and did the exam. They recommended a treatment plan and in a week I had my first appointment to fix my upper teeth. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Really pleased with outcome of the temporary crowns. Can't wait to see the permanent crowns in 2 weeks. Would absolutely recommend anyone at North End Dental!!!

I was greeted with a brand new hygienist after check in. She had just been at North End Dental a week. It would have been nice if someone had called to let me know that my regular hygienist was no longer with the practice. She was amazing. Allison was our new hygienist and she too was amazing. This is why I have given a 5 star. I have always had wonderful service at North End Dental. Allison listened to some things that the former Hygienist had done and was very acceptable to those as well as her own touch. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is a wonderful addition to North End Dental. WELCOME!!!!! Please don't loose that customer service. I owned my own business for 15 years. I sold it in 2018. Customer service is so very important. It is lacking in todays businesses.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Allison was my hygienist and I would recommend her to anyone. Gentle yet thorough, she even took the time to explain what she was doing and why it was beneficial. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE.

North End Dental was great for my kids and I. The employees and very kind and great at their job. They listen to your needs and are gentle. This is genuinely the best dentist I have ever been to.

So I went in in incredibly bad pain. All my teeth hurt, and I clearly had been in a loosing battle with my teeth. I felt defeated. Quinn got me in talked to me. Then Dr Hill came in and talked to me. At no point did anyone make me fell bad or anything, in fact they made me feel welcome and good about myself. So I pulled the trigger on their Diamond smile service. (50 grand). And at first it seems like alot of money. But after I had the surgery and was on my way to healing. I felt better about myself and more confident, and my Happiness had returned but in a stronger way. Now I look at the price and feel it was just pennies. My Happiness n health is priceless!!! And I can only say thank you n pay my bill as I feel like a new person, better looking stronger and healthier. Priceless!!.

Very impressive practice. We were so impressed with the detailed level of information that both Dr.Hill and Quinn provided us. Both explained the many treatment and finance options that were available. We are in the process of discussing which option is best for us The office is immaculate, the office staff friendly. I highly recommend their services.
